Refund Policy

Trial first

Every Koridor plan begins with a free trial: your first 30 days or your first 10 classifications, free. You are not charged anything until your trial ends.

14-day guarantee

If Koridor is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment on any plan and we will refund that payment in full.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. After the 14-day guarantee window, payments for a billing period that has started are not refunded in part, except where the law requires otherwise.
