1. Who We Are

Koridor Trade Intelligence LLC (“Koridor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade intelligence company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. We provide AI-powered customs classification and document requirement services to freight forwarders via WhatsApp.

2. Data We Collect

When you use Koridor, we collect the following information:

  • Forwarder profile: Your name, company name, country, and WhatsApp phone number, provided during onboarding.
  • Commercial invoice contents: The text, images, or PDF documents you send to our WhatsApp bot, including seller and buyer details, product descriptions, quantities, values, origin and destination countries, and shipping information.
  • Classification data: The HS codes, duty estimates, confidence scores, and document checklists generated by our service for each invoice you submit.
  • Usage data: The number of documents you have processed, the corridors you use most frequently, and the dates and times of your interactions.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide our service: We use your invoice data to classify goods, estimate duties, and generate document requirement checklists.
  • To improve accuracy: We use classification history to improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI models and classification results over time.
  • To generate corridor intelligence: We use aggregated, anonymized classification data to produce trade corridor intelligence reports, including commodity flow trends, volume patterns, and tariff landscape analysis.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your individual forwarder data to any third party. Your invoice contents, company details, and classification results are never shared with other users or external parties in an identifiable form.

We may share aggregated, anonymized corridor intelligence reports with institutional subscribers. These reports contain only statistical trends and patterns (e.g., “cocoa exports from West Africa to the EU increased 12% in Q1”) and never include individual forwarder names, company details, or specific invoice contents.

We use the following third-party services to operate Koridor:

  • Anthropic (Claude API): Invoice text is processed by Anthropic’s Claude AI for classification. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
  • Twilio (WhatsApp Business API): Messages are transmitted through Twilio’s WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.
  • Supabase: Classification data and forwarder profiles are stored in our Supabase database.

5. Data Retention

We retain classification data to provide and improve our service and to generate aggregated corridor intelligence. Your forwarder profile and classification history are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing marty@kori-dor.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your forwarder profile and associated classification data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data that has already been incorporated into intelligence reports cannot be individually removed.

6. WhatsApp Compliance

Koridor operates through the WhatsApp Business API provided by Twilio. We comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta’s Platform Terms. Messages you send to Koridor are processed in accordance with these policies.

We do not send unsolicited messages. All communications are initiated by you or are direct responses to your requests.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections, role-based access controls, and secure API communication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users via WhatsApp. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
