How Koridor Protects Your Data

What We Collect

When you use Koridor, we collect: the invoice content you send us (product descriptions, HS codes, values, origin/destination countries), shipment details you share (container numbers, duty amounts, document outcomes), and your WhatsApp phone number and name. We use this information to provide you with classifications, generate documents, and track your shipments.

What We Do With It

We aggregate shipment data across all forwarders to build corridor intelligence — average duty rates, transit times, document acceptance rates, and clearance times for specific trade routes. This aggregated intelligence is what we sell to institutional buyers (cargo insurers, trade finance banks, development finance institutions). Aggregated means: no individual forwarder, company, shipment, or transaction is ever identifiable in the intelligence we sell.

What We Never Do

• We never sell, share, or expose your individual shipment data to any third party.
• We never share your data with other forwarders or competitors.
• We never identify you or your company in any intelligence report.
• We never store raw invoice images after classification is complete — we extract the structured data and discard the image.
• We never share your phone number or contact information with anyone.

How Your Data Is Protected

All data is stored in encrypted databases (Supabase with PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS). All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to production databases is restricted to Koridor’s founder only. No third-party analytics or tracking tools are embedded in the WhatsApp bot or web dashboard.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you by messaging “export data” on WhatsApp. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by messaging “delete account” on WhatsApp. Deletion is permanent and completed within 7 days.
